                Relating to subpoenas issued by the Senate Judiciary                                                           
                  Committee and to compliance with those subpoenas.

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution                                                             
be taken up. Without objection, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5 was                                                                     
before the Senate on final passage.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5 Relating                                                                     
to subpoenas issued by the Senate Judiciary Committee and to                                                                    
compliance with those subpoenas, pass the Senate?" The roll was
