Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be taken up. Without objection, SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5 was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 5 Relating to subpoenas issued by the Senate Judiciary Committee and to compliance with those subpoenas, pass the Senate?"
